Spent my Christmas holiday at a hotel that offered free breakfast and a spacious room for a great price. The location was central to all the attractions, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The hotel had a gym that helped me stay fit during my stay.
The check-in process was a little slow and confusing. It took some time to get my room key, and communication with the staff was a bit of a hassle. The noise from the nearby metro can be heard in the room, making it difficult to sleep at night.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel as it was very close to the metro station. Also, the rooms were well-renovated, clean, and had sufficient plugs. The housekeeping staff was very nice and friendly.

This hotel has a great location, with plenty of shopping places nearby. It's right next to the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, with good water pressure and temperature. the housekeeping staff is friendly and helpful.
The service can be lacking. Some guests have had issues with staff not speaking English well and communication difficulties.

The breakfast was included in the rate, which was a nice added bonus. The hotel's location was also great, with easy access to the metro station and central areas. I enjoyed the comfortable and clean room amenities, making for a pleasant stay.
There were some drawbacks to my experience. Unfortunately, staff members didn't seem to speak much English, making it difficult to communicate.
